Mary won the ‘Best Short Film’ prize with a film that she wrote and directed entitled “Where Time Stood Still” and received a trophy at the MIFFest’s Opening Ceremony held at Pavilion KL. She attended the MIFFest’s Malaysia Golden Global Night at Istana Budaya together with MMU alumni and students. MIFFest is a public exhibition to showcase international and local films in Malaysia and the filmmakers submitted their pieces in two categories namely MIFFest Project Market 2022 (MPM) and ‘Born of the Galaxy Stars’ Short Film Competition.
