On 31 March 2022, MMU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC) at its Cyberjaya campus. The MoU will create opportunities for MMU students to be involved in youth development programmes, especially in those linked to social and self-development activities. Hopefully, this collaboration will enable our students to achieve their full potential in building their competencies and abilities.

The agreement was signed by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU, and Dr. Gwee Sai Ling, General Manager of PYDC. The event was also attended by

Yang Berhormat Soon Lip Chee, the Penang Youth and Sport Exco as well as the Board Chairman of Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC).

Also in attendance were members of MMU’s Prof. Dr. Wong Eng Kiong, Vice President, Student Experience & Entrepreneurship Development, Puan Sri Kusuma Wati, Director, Student Affairs Division (STAD) and Dr. Ong Jeen Wei, Director, Alumni Engagement, Career and Entrepreneurship Development (ACE).
