On the 25th March 2021, the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM) held an event, which was attended by Prof. Dato’ Dr. Mazliham Mohd Su’ud, President of MMU in celebrating the appointment of Adjunct Professors, launching of FCM Alumni & Industry Networking Centre, and FCM Staff Appreciation Hi-Tea at Cyberjaya campus.
The faculty has appointed three successful alumni namely Mr. Mohd Nizam Abdul Razak, Managing Director of Animonsta Studios; Mr. Muhammad Usamah Zaid Yasin, Founder & Executive Director of WAU Animation Sdn Bhd, and Ms. Juhaidah Joemin, Managing Director of Giggle Garage Sdn Bhd as the adjunct professors. It is indeed an honour for the faculty to appoint its alumni from the creative industry for the first time to achieve the university’s vision in transforming society through innovation.
The event also witnessed the launching of the FCM Alumni & Industry Networking Centre, where this venue allocates office space for the adjunct professors to use for brainstorming sessions, presentations, and many other events. The event was also attended by the FCM staff for the appreciation hi-tea in recognizing the staff’s effort towards the achievement attained by the faculty in 2020.
