Biography:

Dr. Yuvaraj Ganesan is an Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Business, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where he also earned his PhD. He has published numerous journal articles and actively presented his work at international conferences. His research interests include auditing, service quality, non-audit services, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and small and medium practices (SMPs).

Before entering academia, Dr. Yuvaraj gained extensive industry experience in both auditing and the commercial sector, beginning his career as an Audit Assistant at an accounting firm before advancing to the role of Group Accountant. In addition to his corporate background, he has held research experience as a Research Officer. He serves on the editorial boards of several journals and is a member of both the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia (IIAM).

Biography:

Dr. Kenny Hong is a senior technology and business leader with over 25 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and cloud-based business platforms. He currently leads the NetSuite Solution Consulting team across ASEAN, supporting organisations in digital transformation, operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. His responsibilities include driving regional vertical sales plays and shaping Go-to-Market strategies, pre-sales resource planning, recruitment and talent development.
