Master of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is a Master’s programme by taught course with a short research project. It provides specialization in three areas – Microelectronics, Photonics and Electric Energy Management. It aims to equip working electrical and electronic engineers and technologists with updated knowledge and skills to cope with the rapidly evolving world.

Forbes ranked Master of Electrical Engineering the 11th best Master’s degree for jobs in 2017. According to PayScale data, an engineer with a Master of Engineering degree, on average, is paid 20% more than those without. The annual salary roughly ranges from RM 40,000 to RM 200,000.
