Multimedia University (MMU) remains strong in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia Rankings for the year 2021. The university is ranked at 401+ among universities across Asia according to the release by THE on 2nd June 2021. The universities were assessed via several main areas namely teaching, research, knowledge transfer, and international outlook.

This is indeed a good development for the university despite the challenges amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is gained through a collective effort by MMU community.
