Cadetship Programme

Multimedia University is committed to producing future-ready graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experiences necessary to excel in a competitive and rapidly evolving professional landscape.

In line with this objective, the University has established two distinctive cadetship programmes—Industry Cadetship (iCadet) and Entrepreneur Cadetship (eCadet)—to provide structured, experiential learning pathways that complement academic development.

  • The iCadet programme is designed to cultivate industry-ready graduates by providing early exposure to real-world working environments
  • The eCadet programme seeks to develop the entrepreneurial capabilities of students who aspire to become innovators and business leaders

Objectives of Cadetship Programme

iCadet – An Industry-University Partnership Programme aims to groom industry ready graduates that provide the right talents for the right industry.

a) To bridge the gap between academic training and professional readiness for the students.

b) To ensure students acquire essential skills and experiences necessary for their future careers by integrating a series of industry-related activities into their educational journey.

eCadet – An Industry-University Partnership Programme aims to groom market ready entrepreneurial talents from day one.

To provide students with early exposure to entrepreneurship culture and environment to enable them to have real experience within the ecosystem and gain insights on the realities of the business world.
