She is a Professor of Marketing at the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia. She holds a PhD in Marketing from Universiti Sains Malaysia and an MSc in Marketing from the University of Stirling, Scotland.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Her research expertise includes consumer behaviour, relationship marketing, customer relationship management, sales management, and green marketing.
