After His Lordship\u2019s key-note address at the Law Seminar on 4 August 2018, His Lordship graced FOL again on 26 September 2018 for two sessions with FOL\u2019s Epsilon students.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the beginning of the session, His Lordship goaded the students to have an interactive session with him. Hesitant at first, the students then warmed up to His Lordships. The sessions proceeded interactively during which His Lordship shared his overview and practice experience on aspects of Civil Procedure namely the mode of originating process, service of originating process, types of appearance, judgment in default (JID) and setting aside JID, among others.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">FOL\u2019s Dean, Deputy Deans, Programme Coordinators and course coordinator for Civil Procedure, Ms Nur Fazini Asro were also in attendance at the sessions.
