Title: A visit from Telkom University

On 30th August 2022, the Faculty of Engineering (FOE) received a visit from staff and students of Telkom University, Indonesia at the Cyberjaya campus. The delegation, which was led by Dr. Muhammad Zakiyullah Romolony, Head of Electronic Systems Research Division, was warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ooi Chee Pun, Dean of FOE.

The students participated in the Smart Farm workshop at Ideas Lab during the visit. They also had the opportunity to visit the Indoor Smart Farm, Hyspace Classroom, A12DP lab (Digital Pathology Lab), Machine and Drive Lab, Energy Lab, Fiber Optic Research Centre, PV Storage Energy Lab, Smart Home (5G Facilities), and grounding facilities at the faculty. They also visited learning facilities at the Faculty of Creative Multimedia (FCM).

On top of that, the delegates also had the chance to meet and greet Tun Dr. Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali, the first Chancellor of MMU during the Sepetang Menjelang Merdeka ceremony at MMU Cyberpark. The delegation was assisted by the International Relations Unit (IRU) during their visit to MMU.
