Electronics Majoring in Computer
Over the past 15 years, since the inception of our computer engineering programme, our graduates have been sought by employers in the computer and digital industry such as IBM, Dell, Sony, HP, Altera and many others. Many graduates also work in companies that are not known as computer companies including Agilent, Astro, Infineon, Maxis, Motorola, National Instruments, Panasonic and TM because computer engineers are needed in every industry.
This four-year major focuses on both the hardware and software aspects of computers and digital systems. This includes networking, security, high-end parallel processors, architecture, and object-oriented programming.

- Conduct research-based investigations into complex engineering problems to reach valid conclusions.
- Create, select and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools to complex engineering activities.

- Pass Foundation in related field from a recognized institution;
- Pass A Level or its equivalent with 3 Principals inclusive of Mathematics and Physics;
- Pass Diploma in related field from recognized institution.
- A minimum score of 5.5 for IELTS or its equivalent
- Pass Foundation / Matriculation in related field from a recognised institution
- Pass STPM / A Level or its equivalent with 3 principals inclusive of Mathematics and Physics
- Pass Diploma in related field from a recognised institution
- Pass UEC with minimum of grade B in at least five (5) subjects inclusive of Mathematics and Physics
