ACCOMMODATION
MMU provides apartments and quarters in both campuses for its staff members and their families. Currently, Cyberjaya Campus has a total of one hundred-and forty-six (146) units of staff apartments which consist of fifty (50) units for the Non-executive staffs and ninety-six (96) units for the Executives. For the Melaka Campus, there are twenty-two (22) units of staff quarters.
Due to the limited number of units available, applications are processed on the first-come-first-serve basis. Application for the University’s apartments/quarters can be done by forwarding the completed Apartment Application Form.
Once approved, the apartments and quarters’ rental and utility bills will be deducted from the staffs’ salary. Occupants or tenants will also be required to pay a security deposit as stated in the Tenancy Agreement. This deposit can be paid in cash, by cheque or banks’ draft to the Finance Division and also through the salary deduction.
