SERVICES

The primary functions of LU include but not limited to :-

i) Drafting and vetting of agreement;

ii) Providing advice on student matters and drafting of student’s charges;

iii) Providing advice on domestic inquiry matters;

iv) Management of litigation matters either by or against MMU;

v) Providing advice and assistance on IP matters; and

vi) Any other consultation or assistance on any other matter which arise from time to time as requested MMU.
