ERU has establised, documented, implemented and maintained a quality management system and continually improved its effectiveness in accordance with the requirement of ISO 9001:2008 Standard in the provison of ERU services.
A. SCOPE OF CERTIFICATION FOR ISO9001:2008
"Management of Examination Services and Students' Records"
These scope of certification includes ERU Job Scope, Managing Students' File, Managing Students' Records, Timetable Processing, Subject Registration, Pre-Examination, Examination & Post- Examination Process.
B. OBJECTIVES
The objectives for ERU to have ISO Quality Management System (QMS) is to maintain the higest possible degree of products and service excellence and to ensure compliance to all applicable internal and external specifications and standards . ERU, accomplishes this through a rigidly maintanied schedule of continuing checks and analysis that take place prior to, during and after each process.
