Dr Hazman is
a Professor since 2003 at the Faculty of Administrative
Science and Policy Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Shah
Alam. He is also of Assistant Vice-Chancellor for Quality
Assurance. His teaching, research, writing and consultancy
are in the intermixed field of strategic human resource
management, quality management and service management. He
currently teaches research method for post graduate at FSPPP
and has FRGS research projects on Theory of Management System
Certification Success and Perdana Leadership Foundation
Public Bank fellowship for research Quality of Local Governance.
Besides supervising masters and doctoral students at UiTM,
he is also serves as external examiner for DBA and Phd theses
at USM, UUM, UKM and UPM. He is also active in MQA with
special interest in postgraduate programmes by coursework
and thesis. Although trained as a quantitative researcher,
he has developed a deep interest in other approaches. He
believes that analysis, however elegant, is of limited value
if it does not result in better insight. He is not ideological
about the research approaches but is insistent on rigour
and depth of analysis. |
