6. How long does it take to complete the Foundation /Alpha Level?

Minimum 1 year.

7. What do you mean by Beta, Gamma and Delta level?

Beta, Gamma and Delta Level refers into the 1^st year, 2^nd year and 3^rd year of the degree programmes respectively. For Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Accounting, there will be additional 1 year, which is known as Epsilon year.

8. How long does it take to complete a Beta level and above?

3 years (except Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Financial Engineering(Hons) and Bachelor of Accounting which need 4 years.)

10.Will there be any provision of accommodation in both campuses?

The Student Affairs and Sports Division (STAD) of the University will assist in the arrangement of accommodation for students. You could reach STAD at 06-252 3660 (Melaka campus) and 03-8312 5933/5934 (Cyberjaya campus).

11. Are we supposed to pay the tuition fee on the day of registration itself? If not, when?

No. You need to pay your tuition fees only 2 weeks after the course registration

13. What is the mode of payment for the tuition fees?

This is solely under the discretion of the Finance Division. Please contact our Finance Division at 03-83125098 / 5029 for further information on the mode of payment, be it in terms of cash / money order / postal order/ credit card/ online payment via www.maybank2u.com.my

14. How often do I need to pay the tuition fees and how much do I need to pay each time?

Tuition fees are to be paid on trimester basis. You may check the amount via Student Financial Kiosk at http://mars.mmu.edu.my/sfik/

15. What do I need to do if I wish to change course/faculty/campus upon receiving the offer letter / before enrollment ?

You need to write a letter of appeal to Student Admission and Scholarship Division. The letter should be attached together with a copy of your offer letter and copies of the results/transcript. Please note that the appeal result is subjects to the Selection Committee’s decision. Also, this is only applicable after receiving the ACTUAL OFFER LETTER. Appeal to change course upon receiving Provisional offer /Conditional offer letter will not be entertained.

16. What if I intend to do credit transfer?

You can only apply for credit transfer upon admission should you be eligible. This shall be dealt directly with the appointed Committee for evaluation. Briefing will be given during Faculty briefing session during the Orientation Week.

17. What documents are required for application?

a) Certified true copy of SPM results.
b) Certified true copy of other results (if there is any)
c) Certified true copy of IC
d) 2 passport sized of recent photographs

18. Who can certify the above documents ?

SPM Trial Exam 2007 results should be certified by the applicant’s school headmaster only. Other documents can be certified by the Secondary School Headmaster, Division A Government Officers or Commissioner of Oath.
